Notice how classical yoga is truly a lifestyle with moral and ethical codes.  When people learn that I’m a yoga instructor here’s a common response: “ I can’t bend like a pretzel, I’m too old or too fat.”   Negativity creeps into their minds….all I’m asking is that loving kindness seeps into your heart.  The first limb is non-violence and loving kindness if that is all you take away from this practice that is enough!!
